It was only a one day playoff. The top four teams made the tournament. In the 1 vs 4 matchup, We Got The Runs took care of business. Just the Tip played some pretty good defense, but in the end WGTR took the ten run victory to advance to the championship.

In the other semifinal, it was Off Into The Woods defeating Randy’s Team in a closer 13-6 battle. Woods took an early lead and was able to hang on to the nine run lead to win the game by seven. Woods would advance to play WGTR for the championship.

In the championship, Woods struck first with a four run inning. WGTR answered with a three run inning. Woods would then score two runs to make it 6-3 going into the bottom of the 2nd. That’s when WGTR took off. They scored nine runs in the inning to take the lead with a score of 6-12. Woods would score four runs in the top of the fourth to come within two runs. But WGTR then put on an eight run display in the bottom half. With a ten run lead, they only needed two more runs to win the game. It was Andre who hit a drive to right center that would score the last two runs to win the game. We Got The Runs are your 2015 Fall Champions.
