Starting this Fall, all Sports Monster players will need to register through Volo's website (there will be no more Sport Monster leagues offered moving forward:

BALL BUSTIN started the season off with an 8-3 victory over JUST THE TIP. The NAKED TINKERS edged out the INTIMIDATORS 5-4. This was a pretty good showing for a free agent team. If they can keep the team attendance up, then they will win some games.

The NAKED TINKERS pulled off a close one over BALL BUSTIN in a matchup of unbeaten teams. It came down to the wire, but the TINKERS held on to improve to (2-0). BB drops to (1-1).

JUST THE TIP won their first game of the season with a 7-1 drubbing over the INTIMIDATORS. JTT improves to (1-1) the INTIMIDATORS are still looking for their first win.

JUST THE TIP is ruffling up the standings, knocking off number one NAKED TINKERS. In a one run contest, it was JTT winning the game and forcing a three way tie of (2-1) in the standings.

BALL BUSTIN got by the INTIMIDATORS to become the third (2-1) team. This is turning out to be a very competitive league.

Only Two Weeks Left
New team LOCO VOCO took down the BALL BUSTIN! It was a good game that was still anyone’s game throughout the contest. LOCO VOCO has quickly become a team to beat in this league. They still haven’t lost a game. Their only blemish is a tie to the INTEMIDATORS last week. BALL BUSTIN is still in the hunt, floating around the .500 mark.

The NAKED TINKERS took down the T-BOLTS 4-0. The T-BOLTS have had a hard time fielding a complete team of 10 players. They will need to get some more players if they want to be a strong competitor come playoff time. The NAKED TINKERS are still in the hunt for that first round bye.

The second game didn’t go as well for the T-BOLTS. JUST THE TIP kicked the ball all around, winning 15-2. JTT is hanging on to that 2nd place spot.

Just the Tip is on the Top
JUST THE TIP took down LOCO VOCO in Tuesday evening action. With wet conditions, JTT performed better and won 7-3. JTT is now the number one team in the standings with a (4-1-1) record. LV drops to (2-1-2).

In the second game, the Intimidators got their first win of the season, defeating the T-BOLTS 18-13. It was fast paced-far kicking game. The T-BOLTS are still looking for their first win.

In the third game, BALL BUSTIN took down the NAKED TINKERS 14-10. This was the second loss of the season given to the TINKERS. BALL BUSTIN is now (3-3) and in 4th place. Only one more week until playoffs!

Just the Tip wins Regular Season
Three of the teams could not field teams on the rainy Tuesday, so there were three forfeits. BALL BUSTIN and JUST THE TIP played a friendly game instead. The standings are set and JUST THE TIP ended up winning the regular season by a half a point over the NAKED TINKERS. Both teams won five games, but JTT had a tie as opposed to a loss.

The playoffs will start next week.

There was only one semifinal kickball game on Tuesday. The INTIMIDATORS weren’t going to have enough players, so they forfeited to JUST THE TIP.
In the game that got played, the NAKED TINKERS bested BALL BUSTIN’ by one run. It was a tight game, but there can only be one winner. Next week will be the championship between the NAKED TINKERS and JUST THE TIP.

Naked Tinkers Win Championship
Congratulations to the Naked Tinkers for winning the championship. With very little sunlight, the Naked Tinkers were able to take home the championship with a 7-2 victory. Just the Tip was the top ranked team, but it just wasn’t meant to be for them.
