In the other game, The Colfax Dumpster Kitties really laid it on the Witches. The Witches are also a free agent team, but didn’t play as well as the Sweepers. The Kitties won the game with a score of 8-3 to. The Kitties take the top spot in the standings after the first week.

Franchise Boyz improve to (2-0)
In the second week of the season, Dem Franchise Boyz have distinguished themselves as the team to beat. They won their second game of the season and are the only undefeated team left. They took down the Witches in a 6-0 shutout. Nobody has scored a goal on them yet.

In the other game, it was the Sweepers beating the Colfax Dumpster Kitties by a score of 7-0. They Sweepers only lost to the Franchise Boyz by a score of 3-0 last week, so they look like they are the second best team in the league. But there are still three games left to determine who will play for the championship.

Kitties Roar with Big Victory
The Colfax Dumpster Kitties took down the undefeated Dem Franchise Boyz. Nobody had ever scored on the Franchise Boyz coming into the game, but somehow the Kitties put up nine goals. It was easily enough to take the victory with a score of 9-3. The Kitties are now at the top of the standings with a one goal advantage over the Boyz.

In the other game, it was the two free agent teams battling it out. The Witches took the game with a shutout and it was their first win of the season. So now there is only a one game advantage between all of the teams. These next two weeks are going to be really important.

All teams at (2-2)
Dem Franchise Boyz had to forfeit on Saturday. The win puts them at (2-2) on the season. The Sweepers got the win, so they are now (2-2).

In the other game, the Witches played a great game against the Colfax Dumpster Kitties. The Kitties had a 2-1 lead, but the Witches scored a goal to tie it up. The Witches then got their go-ahead goal on a questionable call. But minutes later, they scored their last goal to make it 4-2. With the outcome, all four teams are now (2-2). Sweepers, Franchise Boyz in Chipper
Both games of the de facto semifinals were pretty darn good. In one game, the Sweepers took down the witches by a 2-1 score. That one extra goal gives them a (3-2) record and puts them as the number one team. The loss puts the Witches at (2-3) and in last place.

In the other game, Dem Franchise Boyz took a 3-2 lead late into the game. The Colfax Dumpster Kitties pulled their goalie. With the extra player attacking the net, Franchise Boyz were unable to stop them from scoring. The Kitties scored with a minute left to tie it up at 3-3. Since both teams ended the season with a (2-2-1) record, the tiebreaker goes to the best goal differential. DFB was better than the Kitties by 1, so they will take the number two seed into the championship.
