Movement Strategy Outplays Warriors
Just one match was played yesterday. MOVEMENT STRATEGY tried to stay on the winning side going up against the WARRIORS. MOVEMENT took care of business in the first game, but the WARRIORS turned it around in the second game. Both teams couldn’t get two points up on the opposing team. The game should have been called when MOVEMENT hit 17 points, but nobody wanted it to end like that. So they kept playing until someone got up by two. (We didn’t have to worry about time because there was only one game.) The WARRIORS did the reversal and took the lead and finally won the game. That would be all of the excitement for the night though; MOVEMENT would win the next two games and take the match 3-1.

Magic and Movement Strategy Tie
The blue sky could actually be seen for fifteen minutes during the volleyball games yesterday. And boy was it a beautiful sight. In the first game, the MOVEMENT STRATEGY took on DENVER MAGIC. The MAGIC showed no sign of rust, winning the first game 15-13. Number one MStrat came rushing back winning the next two games. But the MAGIC were able to rally together and win the last game, forcing a 2-2 tie in the standings.

The MAGIC then had to take on the WARRIORS. The MAGIC easily won the first game, but came close in the second and the third. The second game they had to go to 17 in order to attain the victory. In the third game, the WARRIORS were up 14-11, but could not get their winning point. They tied it up at 15, but ended up losing 17-15. The MAGIC breezed through the last game to win the match 4-0. Only one more week of games, then we’ll have a one day playoff.

Movement Strategy is One Away
Congratulations to the MOVEMENT STRATEGY for winning the regular season. But that isn’t what counts; the only thing that counts is if you win the playoffs!! Next week, it’s going to come down to one day. The DENVER MAGIC and the WARRIORS are going to face off first, and the winner will play MOVEMENT STRATEGY for the title.

The MOVEMENT STRATEGY had a double header yesterday. Crippled with missing players, they were able to recruit some from the other teams. They took care of the WARRIORS in four games, and then the MAGIC in three. Can any of these teams step up and take them down?!

Movement Strategy Wins It All
Congratulations to the MOVEMENT STRATEGY for winning the tournament! In the first game of the tournament, the WARRIORS were low on some players, so they had to borrow some to make a legal team. This isn’t a legal practice for playoffs, so the MAGIC advanced.

For the championship, both teams were completely legal. In the first game, the MOVEMENT STRATEGY won 15-11. The MAGIC would rebound and take the “must-win” game two 17-16. MOVEMENT would then counter attack again to win game three 15-12. MAGIC would dominate game four 15-7. This made MOVEMENT a little scared. With the series tied at 2-2, game five would be the deciding factor. MOVEMENT STRATEGY would prevail, winning 15-12 and taking home the crown.

Thanks for the great season! Now it's time for the summer season.
